If you are looking for a design and creation specialist for your next dream home, then we whole heartedly recommend Kleyn Creations Pty Ltd. I have been dealing with Garry for almost two years as he has assisted us through concepts, design ideas, emerging trends, latest building products and our own taste. This becomes an on-going relationship where his specialist knowledge and patience will give you the end result in which you dare to dream. Garry is immediately contactable on any given day and if he is in the middle of a design consultation, he will ultimately contact you via text and advise. He will then bell you back as soon as he becomes free. I often receive correspondence from Garry across the course of the weekend, where he would seem to be free to work on his concepts without interruptions or outside influences. For us, Garry has now moved through the design phase and into the 'Development Application' phase, where he has regular engagement with local council professionals. Garry has looked after all of this and has been the front door in dealing with the many enquiries, questions, amendments and frustrations that arise through this part of the process. It is at this time that it becomes crucial to have someone that will work with council authorities, to achieve the optimal outcome and reduce delays through immediate action and response, all whilst ensuring that you are kept appraised and part of the critical decision making process. On our journey, we have been left disappointed and frustrated by a number of professionals that have not engaged and immediately responded like we have enjoyed with Garry, which leads to frustration and tension in an already difficult process to navigate. Gary was extremely helpful and considerate, demonstrating genuine care for the outcomes of two Seniors Living Developments he designed and documented in Western Sydney. The Builder s were impressed with the quality of his drawings & he was consistently available for phone calls and responded promptly whenever a resolution was needed during the design or construction phases. Gary undertook the key design work of our new home in 2020. He was detailed thorough, worked closely with our private builder AFPA building services.
